1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@pitomoto.lv, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All original accessories, labels, and documentation must be included.
The return must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us about your withdrawal.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service (such as DPD or Omniva) for your return shipment.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal and refund does not apply to:

Custom or made-to-order products
Goods that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed)

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
